| Never Wait On Your Opportunity To Get In Shape Until The First Of The New Year |

It is time for you to take action to solve your overweight problem so when will you get started? We need to set up a date to persuade us. You hear people say we will begin on New Year's Day or after your birthday or what ever. But the more you procrastinate the harder it will be to get it off. How about getting started no later than tomorrow.
It is very simple to put off something like beginning an exercise plan and weight lose system. When you are not in shape you end up running on fumes in a hurry. You start telling yourself that it is because you are getting old but really it is not. There are elderly people out there who are running marathons every year so that can not be it. Being out of shape can make you feel like an elderly person and what better way to feel young again than being able to hold your own with people younger than you. You would not want to delay that feeling.
A strong defense can be made for getting started on your weight loss goals. If you keep putting it off then you will always find excuses for not getting back into shape. Plus, if you start right now you will get through the dreaded first two weeks when most people fail to continue. Setting a date to begin will only make you curse the day until you have to make that change. You may end up not looking forward to it by the time the the day hits.
Getting a firm grip on reality will help you get motivated. Once you get started you will not want to stop. And once you get to the point that you are getting fit then you will be even more inclined to not stop. Delaying will only cause you to put it off until you end up in a situation where you are forced to. Like when a doctor order you to do so.
Decide what your target weight is to be. Tell yourself that you will lose 25lbs or what ever you need to lose. But do not set in stone when you will finish like eight to twelve weeks. Your diet and exerise program will finish once you get to your desired weight. But once you reached your goal you still will not be done. You must keep some type of blueprint set in motion to stay at your desired weight so you do not gain it all back again. That is the one step most people leave off that causes them to think that their program to drop pounds failed them. A diet is only designed to help you drop some weight not keep it off. Regular exercise and a better selection of food choices will help you keep it off.
So there is no point waiting so get started now. Not tomorrow or next holiday. Decide that you want to get rid of those pounds so you will not end up just putting it off for later. This will be the best decision you ever made.
